Styrene–acrylic water-based matt exterior paint: fade-resistant, UV-stable, excellent flow, adhesion and alkali resistance for saline/humid environments—protective decorative topcoat for façades, plasterboard, render, fair-faced concrete, aerated concrete and brick with suitable primer; may be used decoratively indoors.

Mix well; roller or brush; thin ~25–30%; ≥1 h between coats. Clean substrates; fill render cracks; seal with Tek Izolan 1:7 then Tek acrylic primer, or follow Tek acrylic exterior primer directly where substrate allows.
Application +5–30 °C; midday slots when ΔT is high. Minimum two coats. Drying at 20 °C: touch-dry ~1 h, dust-free ~2 h, through-dry 24 h. Coverage ~12–16 m²/L or ~10–14 m²/kg (~28 ± 5 µm).
