Flexible matt exterior
Pure acrylic resin–based water-based exterior matt coating bridging cracks up to ~1.5 mm; suited to harsh and low-temperature climates with high UV, vapour and alkali resistance. Acts magnet-like on cementitious substrates while spanning micro-cracks elastically. Surface water evaporates rather than being driven into cement, limiting thermal cracks and capillary widening.

Clean and repair substrates; prime with Tek Barrier primer; after ≥1 day apply Flexible Matt exterior diluted ~5–10% with water; ≥8 h between coats; two coats required.
Full physical/chemical properties after ~28 days. Clean tools with water; patterned rollers optional. Application +5–30 °C. Drying at 20 °C / 60% RH: touch-dry 1–2 h, recoat 8 h, through-dry 24 h. Coverage ~10–12 m²/L two-coat — verify by sample.
