Silicone façade coating primer
Water-based acrylic primer with micro/macro fillers compatible with ETICS and masonry—promotes adhesion on EPS boards where vapour trapping can otherwise blister coatings; prepares insulation and render for finish coats.

Repair aged renders; mechanical key slick solvent-borne finishes before priming. New render: cure ≥6 weeks, remove dust. Apply Tek silicone coating primer ready-to-use or ≤5% water by brush or roller in one coat—no painting during rain; protect fresh primer ≥1 day from rain. Avoid hot sun/wind—shade or work quickly.
Surface and air >+5 °C. Application +5–30 °C. Drying at 20 °C / 60% RH: touch ~6 h, through ~24 h. Coverage ~250–400 g/m² — verify by sample.
