Silicone exterior primer
Styrene–acrylic silicone-modified water-based matt exterior primer—high build reduces topcoat consumption while silicone and vapour permeability extend substrate and finish life on render, concrete, brick, plasterboard and AAC.

Mix well; brush or roller; thin ~10–30% with water depending on substrate. Remove loose coatings; repair cracking; apply Tek silicone exterior primer.
Prefer midday application when day/night ΔT is high. Application +5–30 °C. Drying at 20 °C / 60% RH: touch ~2 h, through ~24 h. Coverage ~12–16 m²/L or ~10–14 m²/kg (~28 ± 5 µm) — verify by sample.
